Online Role Players are notorious for playing fictional characters that you could find in various media like video games, comics, anime, movies, etc. The important thing to remember is that it's all a form of acting. As you get into Role Playing, you will find that the community is loosely formed, and extremely massive. It branches over several social networks, blogs, news threats, comment boards, and even your favorite chat rooms.
"Act well thy part" is a line Shakespeare was known to say to his stage performers. I'm not saying that RPers are great "actors", most aren't. Even fewer go above and beyond to give a geek worthy performance.
This blog is designed for the community of Role Players. It's here to educate players how to better their performance, or enhance their playing skills. The overall goal of this blog is to unify all the ideas, expectations, and common unwritten rules. In short, creating a center to the community.
Here's where it starts.
